Full time Exempt position

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Licensed level healthcare professional (e.g., RN, licensed clinician, psychologist) with prior experience in a behavioral health clinic or care management supervisory capacity. OR
• Master's level professional with 3 years prior experience supervising clinicians and/or CM's who are providing direct services to individuals with SMI/serious SUD's.
• Knowledge of Care Coordination/Health Home
• Knowledge of County Resources
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a wide variety of people including staff, clientele and the general public.
• Well-Developed oral and written communication skills
• Must be proficient with computer skills and knowledge to include working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Access
• Familiarity with human resource management
• Must be highly motivated, able to work independently with good organizational and creative problem skills
• Ability to work in a team approach
• Interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple task

DUTIES and Responsibilities

• Primary function is to provide supervision and support to direct line staff.
• Responsible for day-to-day client/staff emergencies
• Coordinate with Program Director as needed.
• Assist with staff training
• Be familiar with all program functions and available to fill in for absent staff as needed
• Responsible for review of case notes to ensure quality documentation standards are met.
• Attend required meetings as appropriate for program/agency.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
